Apply for the Graeme Clark Scholarship!

April 27th, 2009 by | Tags: , , , , , , | 3 Comments »

The deadline to apply for Cochlear’s Graeme Clark Scholarship (named for the inventor of the Nucleus® multichannel cochlear implant) is AUGUST 1, 2009.

This scholarship is open to Nucleus® cochlear implant recipients who are attending college or will attend college next year (2009-2010 school year).  To learn more about the scholarship, visit Cochlear’s page HERE for more information and to download an application.

RACHEL, of course, is a past Graeme Clark Scholarship winner, as is Michael N., who was profiled in an earlier “CI User Story” here at Cochlear Implant Online.  Rachel has written more about the scholarship HERE, and THIS page has my notes from the inspiring “Poised for Greatness” panel discussion from this past year’s scholarship winners at Cochlear™ Celebration 2009 in Anaheim, CA this past March.
